What motivates young people in Southeast Europe — and how can they be meaningfully engaged? Building on the representative FES

Youth Study Southeast Europe 2024, this new analysis takes a deeper look at the values, attitudes, and democratic orientations of young people aged 14 to 29 across 12 countries. The segmentation is grounded in data from the 2024 FES Youth Study, which continues the long-term effort to understand how young generations perceive their societies and futures — covering topics such as education, employment, family, mobility, and democracy.
